About the farm

Chang has contributed significantly to the heritage and quality of Chinese tea production, and is nationally recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor for his mastery. He grows his tea according to the old ways with no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
